Our oil blends are hand made in small batches at our studio in Ontario, Canada. Our skincare emulsions are produced at our lab in Alberta, Canada. Our skincare tools are sourced from reputable Canadian suppliers.

We will do our best to change or cancel your order if you send an email to info@roottoglory.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately we cannot change or cancel your order once it is shipped.

Standard delivery is free in Canada for most orders, or a flat rate fee if over a certain weight. Standard shipping in the US is offered at a flat-rate fee. Please see our full shipping policy here.

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days (48 hours). After your order is processed, standard delivery time is 5-8 business days for Canadian shipments, and 7-12 business days for US shipments. Please see our shipping policy for more details.

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. It will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is a secure third-party site that deals with payments. Your data is completely safe.

We accept all major credits cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop payment services.
