How Shipping Works

Once you place an order, we aim to process it within 2 business days (48 hours). After your order ships, please allow the following standard delivery windows:

Canada (domestic): 5–8 business days, depending on region.

United States: 7–12 business days, depending on region and customs.

As soon as your package is picked up by the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping-confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Thresholds

We believe in simple, transparent shipping rules:

Free standard shipping Across Canada*

$10 Flat Rate Standard Shipping Across the US*

*This applies to orders under 1kg. Orders over 1kg may have an additional delivery fee due to carrier weight surcharges. If applicable, you will see this at checkout before completing your purchase.

Express shipping is also available at a reduced rate.

Rural-area shipping may not be included in the flat-rate/free thresholds and may incur additional fees; such options (if available) will be shown at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For Canadian customers: All prices shown at checkout already include applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) as required by province.

For US customers: Please note that shipments into the United States may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. You, the customer, are responsible for any such charges. We ship via standard parcel service and cannot be responsible for delays once the package has cleared customs.

We ensure compliance with export documentation and HS codes for cosmetics and skincare products.

Shipping Limitations & Notes

We currently ship only to Canada and the contiguous United States. International shipping outside these territories is not available at this time.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses: While we strive to ship to many locations, certain carriers may not service PO Boxes, remote or rural addresses, or ship to APO/FPO addresses. If an address cannot be serviced, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund shipping.

Processing delays may occur during high-volume periods (sales, holidays) or due to carrier disruptions (weather, strikes). Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

If you have more than one item in your order, your shipment may be split (for example, if one item is pre-order/backordered). You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked them as delivered, unless you’ve opted for shipping insurance (if offered).

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout; we cannot be responsible for extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Exchange Shipping

If you wish to refund or exchange your product please refer to our Refund Policy. For returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise specified (e.g., a packaging error or damaged item on our part).

Additional Notes

Shipments to the US may incur duties/taxes and may face longer customs-processing times; this may extend delivery beyond the standard window.

Some remote regions in Canada may require an extra 1–3 business days beyond our standard estimate.

We reserve the right to modify shipping costs, thresholds or policies at any time; any changes will apply to orders placed after the change date.
